Meet your Coach

Hi, I’m Roberta Dombrowski

A few years ago, I was VP at a tech company. On paper, everything looked right. Off paper, I was working nights and weekends, carrying other peoples problems home with me, and couldn’t remember the last time I took a vacation.

Behind the curtain, I was an overfunctioning tech executive on the fast track to burnout. Redesigning how I approached work wasn't optional-it was necessary. I didn't build The Reset Room on my experience alone. I went back and spoke to women in tech about burnout, what kept them stuck, and what actually helped. They never had a space to get honest about what they actually want in a group of women who have been through it. 

The Reset Room is that space.

How it works

This program was designed to work on two levels at once; what you're doing and how you're experiencing it. You won't just leave with frameworks and tools. You'll leave with a clearer sense of yourself and a small group of women who were in it with you.

We move through 3 phases in the reset room:

  • Recognize - see what’s actually happening, not what you’ve been telling yourself

  • Reclaim - get back in touch with what you actually value

  • Reorient - figure out what needs to shift, and how

Step 1

Recognize

We’ll spend the first two sessions naming what's actually happening for you. We’ll break the cycle of managing your burnout in isolation and start seeing it clearly without judgement or a fix attached.

The Old Way: Telling yourself it’s a phase you need to push through. Measuring yourself against someone who has it worse. Optimizing your schedule to try and outrun exhaustion. 

The New Way: We start with what's true. You’ll name what's actually draining you and separate what's yours from what's systemic. The goal is to get clarity about what’s actually happening.

Activities we’ll focus on:

  • Overfunctioning Audit - uncover what's giving you energy vs. taking it away

  • Conscious Career Wheel - surface the patterns shaping how you show up at work

Step 2

Reclaim

During month 2, you'll get back in touch with what you actually value. We do the foundational work to build clarity on what you want; before exhaustion or external pressure makes the decision for you.

The Old Way: Scrolling job boards without knowing what you want next. Defining success by your latest promotion. Making decisions from exhaustion instead of from your values.

The New Way: We do the values work as a real tool, not a journaling exercise. You’ll get specific about what matters, what's non-negotiable, and what you’ve been quietly keeping inside. This is the foundation everything builds on.

Activities we’ll focus on:

  • Values Discovery: Uncover your internal compass and turn it into an intentional framework for evaluating decisions

  • Ideal Work Profile: identify specific criteria for what your next chapter needs to include

Step 3

Reorient

In the final two sessions, we’ll figure out what needs to shift and take a grounded step toward it. You’ll leave with direction you can trust and a group of women who will hold you to it.

The Old Way: Waiting until you have the perfect plan before doing anything. Waffling between “I need to quit” and “I should be grateful”

The New Way: You’ll get clear on what actually needs to shift - whether that's internal, external or both. You’ll leave with a next step you can trust, and a group of women who will hold you to it.

Activities we’ll focus on:

  • Values to boundaries Roadmap: Moves you from knowing what matters to living it out in practice

  • 90 day action plan: Built around your actual capacity in this season, not the optimistic version of it

  • I have a clearer roadmap for what energizes and drains me at work and practical tools for assessing cultural fit.

We don’t add fees for choosing a payment plan. Your path to ideal work shouldn’t cost extra just because you need flexibility.

FAQs

  • All presentations will be recorded. You’ll still receive access to materials, the private community, and office hours so you can stay engaged even if you miss a live call.

  • Plan for the 2-hour group session plus 1–2 hours per week for reflection or experimentation. The program is intentionally designed to fit into a full, demanding life.

  • You can pay in full ($19500) or in 3 monthly installments of $650 — no extra fees for choosing a plan.

  • If you register and cannot attend, I can transfer your registration to another cohort at no charge, or I can refund you less the processing fee, up to 48 hours before the program begins.

    No refunds are available less than 48 hours before the circle begins.
